The Challenge

Summit Roofing Solutions, an NFRC member based in Bristol, had built a solid reputation over eight years — but owner Tom Hargreaves noticed his enquiries were unpredictable, spiking briefly after storms and going quiet for weeks at a time. Without a website that could be found consistently, he was missing the steady baseline demand that would smooth out those swings.

What We Built

We built Tom a website over five weeks with dedicated content for full re-roofs, storm damage repair, and flat roof replacement — plus a section specifically written to rank when storm-related search spikes happen. We displayed his NFRC membership and insurance details prominently, added before-and-after project photography, and built location pages for Bristol, Bath, and Weston-super-Mare.

We also set up Google Business Profile posts that Tom could quickly activate after a storm warning, giving him a way to surface his availability exactly when local search demand was about to spike.

The Results

Within five weeks, the site reached the top 3 for “roof replacement Bristol.” Organic traffic increased by 180%. During the following storm season, Tom’s re-roofing enquiries tripled compared to the same period the previous year, and his monthly enquiries settled into a steady baseline of 30+ per month. Annual revenue increased by an estimated £45,000.
