Georgia Notary Expands to 3 Counties After Website Launch

The Challenge

Peach State Notary LLC had been serving Fulton County, Georgia for two years, building a reliable local client base through community networking and referrals. The owner, Marcus Thompson, knew there was significant untapped demand in the surrounding counties of Cobb, DeKalb, and Clayton — but without a website that clearly communicated his service area, he was completely invisible to clients searching in those areas.

Marcus had a Facebook page and relied on word of mouth, but had never invested in a professional website. What We Built

We built a multi-area website over 7 weeks with dedicated service area pages for each of the four target counties, plus specific pages targeting Atlanta’s busiest real estate submarkets: Buckhead, Midtown, Decatur, and Marietta. Each page was written with deep local knowledge, referencing specific communities, property types, and the kinds of documents most commonly notarised in each area.

We also connected and optimised Marcus’s Google Business Profile for all four counties — a technically complex task that most agencies get wrong, but that is essential for appearing in local map searches across a multi-county service area.

The Results

After 7 weeks, Peach State Notary ranked #1 for “notary Atlanta GA” and achieved page-1 rankings in all three additional target counties. Organic traffic increased by 198% and qualified leads grew by 175%.

Most significantly, Marcus was able to expand his geographic coverage from one county to four — effectively quadrupling his addressable market. Annual revenue grew by $22,000 in the first year, and he hired his first part-time assistant to help handle the increased volume. The website did in seven weeks what two years of networking had failed to do.
